I am obsessed with reading about other peoples’ daily routines – it’s like a little glimpse into their lives and something I can learn from and allows me to reflect on my own habits.

When I quit refined sugar two years ago, it was the daily practice of not eating sugar – a month-long challenge – that set me in my ways of getting rid of it from my diet forever. In December 2014, I was at my heaviest and after overindulging throughout the holiday that year (also happened to be my champagne birthday!) I needed a health re-start.
