Two Years Sugar-Free

This January marks two years I’ve been refined sugar-free, so I’m challenging you to do something for 30 days.

I decided to give up sugar for one month – January 2015 – to jumpstart a healthier year (also the year I got married). Continue reading “Two Years Sugar-Free”

Tea Time is All The Time

Coffee gets a lot of love – it’s warm, caffeinating, tasty, and Instagram-worthy. But, I’d argue, tea is also all of that and happens to be my hot drink of choice. So, it’s time to shine the spotlight on tea.

I’ve mentioned before my love of tea and it being my go-to morning drink. But it wasn’t always this way. Continue reading “Tea Time is All The Time”
