Spotlight on Turmeric: How to add it into your diet

It’s the hot spice du jour! But it’s not actually hot – a major plus in my books.

It may be tough to spell (there are two ‘”r’s” in it, people!), but it’s super easy to incorporate into your diet.

Tea Time is All The Time

Coffee gets a lot of love – it’s warm, caffeinating, tasty, and Instagram-worthy. But, I’d argue, tea is also all of that and happens to be my hot drink of choice. So, it’s time to shine the spotlight on tea.
